Brewing Instructions:
Prepare the matcha:
Boil water to 80°C. In a bowl, sift and whisk 3–5 g (1 tsp) of matcha with 30 mL of hot water until smooth and frothy.
Build your drink:
In a glass, add 12 g of strawberry syrup, then fill with ice and your preferred milk.
Combine:
Pour the matcha over the milk to create beautiful layers. Stir gently and enjoy chilled.
