Our beans are sourced from the fertile slopes of Mount Kenya, known for producing some of the finest Arabica coffee in the world. Each bean is handpicked and meticulously roasted to highlight the vibrant and complex flavours characteristic of Kenyan coffee.
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure optimal freshness and flavor. Once roasted, the beans are immediately packaged in airtight, reusable containers to preserve their quality. We recommend consuming the coffee within four weeks of opening for the best experience.
To maintain the freshness and flavor of your coffee beans, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerating the beans, as this can introduce moisture. Our reusable containers are designed to keep your beans fresh for longer.

If your coffee tastes too watery or weak, it's likely because you haven't dialed in your coffee machine properly. Dialing in means adjusting the grind size, brew time, and coffee-to-water ratio to achieve the best flavor extraction. This process is crucial because even slight changes in these factors can greatly impact the strength and taste of your coffee. Make sure to experiment with these settings to bring out the rich flavors of your beans!
Our tea is sourced directly from Sri Lanka, a region renowned for its rich tea-growing heritage. We prioritize sustainability by working closely with farmers to ensure they are paid fairly. Our teas are handpicked and crafted to preserve the authentic flavors, offering a premium experience with every sip.
To make the perfect cup of loose-leaf tea, use one teaspoon of tea leaves for every 200ml of water. Bring the water to the ideal temperature—around 90°C for black tea and 75-80°C for green tea. Steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength. Adjust the steeping time for a milder or stronger taste, and always enjoy fresh.
Matcha is a finely ground powder made from specially grown green tea leaves. Unlike traditional green tea, where you steep the leaves and discard them, matcha involves consuming the whole leaf, which gives you a more concentrated flavor and provides a higher level of antioxidants and nutrients. It's also known for giving a smoother energy boost due to the combination of caffeine and L-theanine.
To make a traditional cup of matcha, add 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder to a bowl. Pour a small amount of hot water (about 80°C) and whisk the matcha using a bamboo whisk (Chasen) in a "W" motion until it's smooth and frothy. Then, add more hot water to reach your desired strength and enjoy! For a matcha latte, steam some milk and mix it with your prepared matcha.
Absolutely! Our teas and matcha are perfect for refreshing iced drinks. To make iced tea, brew your tea as usual, let it cool, and then pour it over ice. For iced matcha, simply whisk the matcha with a small amount of hot water to dissolve the powder, then pour it over ice and add cold milk or water to taste.
Matcha can be enjoyed in many ways, from a traditional tea to a matcha latte or even in smoothies and baking. Simply start your day with a cup of matcha for sustained energy or use it in recipes for a healthy antioxidant boost throughout the day.
