Shipping Policy
Delivery Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Shipping Rates: We offer standard shipping rates based on the weight and destination of your order. Free shipping is available for our 1kg subscription and for orders over $50.
International Shipping: Currently, we ship within Australia. We are working on expanding our services to international customers soon.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Packaging: Our coffee beans are packaged in airtight, reusable containers to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account on our website. If you cancel after your order has been processed, the cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.
