Black Tea: 100% Assam black tea leaves

Lemon Syrup: Sugar, water, fructose, lemon juice, citric acid (E330), sodium citrate, lemon flavour, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (E466)

Store tea leaves in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate brewed tea and consume within 2–3 days.

1. Add 1 teaspoon (3g) of tea to 200ml of hot water (90–95°C). Steep for 2–10 minutes, depending on your desired strength, then strain.

2. Add 1 teaspoon (2–5g) of syrup and sweeten with sugar or honey to taste. Stir until dissolved.

3. Add plenty of ice and top with cold water to make approximately 500ml. Stir well and enjoy chilled.
