Black Tea: 100% Assam black tea leaves

Passion Syrup: Sugar, water, fructose, yellow peach, passion fruit juice, citric acid (E330), passion fruit flavour, sodium citrate, acesulfame potassium, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, xanthan gum, ethyl maltol, tartrazine, sunset yellow FCF (E110), allura red AC (E129)

Store tea leaves in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate brewed tea and consume within 2–3 days.

1. Add 1 teaspoon (3g) of tea to 200ml of hot water (90–95°C). Steep for 2–10 minutes, depending on your desired strength, then strain.

2. Add 1 teaspoon (2–5g) of syrup and sweeten with sugar or honey to taste. Stir until dissolved.

3. Add plenty of ice and top with cold water to make approximately 500ml. Stir well and enjoy chilled.
