Brewing Instructions:
Step 1 – Prepare butterfly pea base:
In a cup, mix 1 g butterfly pea extract with 20 mL hot water. Add sugar, honey, or flavoured syrup to taste, then add ice and your choice of milk.Step 2 – Prepare matcha:
Heat water to ~80°C. Add 30 mL to a bowl.Step 3 – Whisk:
Add 3–5 g matcha and whisk until smooth and frothy.Step 4 – Combine:
Pour the matcha over the milk to create layered colour. Stir if desired and enjoy iced, or add hot milk for a warm drink.
