Brewing Instructions:
Boil water to 80°C, add 30 ml of hot water to a bowl, then sift 3g (1.5 teaspoons) of Dragon Fruit Matcha. Whisk until smooth. Serve over ice for a refreshing iced matcha, or layer over milk to create a visually striking dragon fruit latte. Can be enjoyed warm or cold.
