Brewing Instructions:
Boil water to 80°C, add 30 ml of hot water to a bowl, then sift 3g (1.5 teaspoons) of Hojicha. Froth with a bamboo whisk until smooth. Enjoy iced with milk and ice or warm with frothed hot milk for a creamy treat.
